GROUP X
Group X is short for Group Exercise. At Sartell Fitness we offer a variety of classes. Group X is a great way to reach your fitness goals. Plus, our classes are included in the full membership at no extra cost.

Our classes are held in our huge studio. And when there is not a class or pilates session in progress, please feel free to choose a DVD from our selection (or bring in your own) and workout in the studio.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio Sculpt: Get motivated and warmed up before your day begins. A fun combination of cardio with different types of muscle conditioning. Never the same workout! (45 minutes)

Pilates: Focusing on strengthening the muscles of the "powerhouse" – this express workout will invigorate and challenge you. (45 minutes)

Step and Sculpt: If you're looking for a great cardio workout, step is it! Burn calories while increasing muscle tone in the legs – great intensity, great music and motivation to keep you stepping! Including a mix up of light weights and body weight exercises will have you coming back for more. (45 minutes)

Yoga: Basic stretching and yoga postures to invite relaxation of the mind and body connection. A great way to learn and/or improve your poses, work on balance and gain flexibility. (30-45 minutes)

ZUMBA: Come join in with this class that is more fun than work! Latin rhythms fused with easy to follow moves to create a total body workout. (45-55 minutes)

SilverSneakers Move to the music as you increase muscular strength and flexibility. This multi-level, equipment based class takes you through a variety of exercises using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball. "Muscular Strength & Range of Movement" is right for you regardless of your fitness level. (30-45 min)

Kickboxing: Bring your towel and water because you will need it for this one! Gain core strength while you are getting a total body workout. Learn kicks and punches that are sure to bring up your heart rate with intervals. All levels welcome - just come ready to SWEAT! (60 minutes)

Boot Camp: This class is specifically designed to integrate tough cardiovascular and resistance training workout with the support and motivation of a team. The activities are challenging and each class of boot camp is unique. Individual and team work-outs push everyone on their own level. In this class everyone tries their best and is expected to perform at their own level. (45-55 minuntes)

Spin: Come in for a great cardio workout on the spin bike that is easier on the joints. Take the intensity to the level you prefer or following with the instructor. Build full body strength and endurance with hill climbs, speed bursts and more! Please bring your own towel and don't forget water! Spinning is on a first come first serve basis to get a bike. (45 minutes)

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): Bring your cardio up a level with this workout. Increase endurance, improve performance, burn TONS of calories in one workout with a variety of intensities using weights, balls, steps, resistance bands, or your own body weight with rest periods in between. Work at your own intensity level and watch the improvements along the way. (30-45 minutes)

Remember: The TV/DVD player is in the aerobic room for member's use if there are no classes or Pilates Reformer in session. Get a group together and try something different! DVDs are provided or bring your own. Great room to do P90X or Insanity!

Note: Yoga mats are available for your use; however, for sanitary reasons, we suggest you bring your own. We also have them available for purchase in the Shake Shoppe.
